Sungur Yapı manufactures and installs light steel houses, prefab buildings, tiny houses and modular structures. With our architects, engineers and experienced production team, we manage projects end to end, from survey to delivery.
We use galvanized cold-formed steel profiles and rock wool/EPS/XPS insulation layers. Components produced under controlled factory conditions are quickly assembled on site with screwed connections, keeping both schedule and cost predictable.
We ship and install across Turkey — notably hospitality and villa projects on the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, and fast-delivery prefab and steel buildings in Marmara and Thrace.
