Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Sungur Yapı (the "Company") as data controller within the scope described below.

The name, phone number and message content you share via the quote form on our website are processed to fulfil your request, contact you and prepare a quote. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, your contact details are used for the same purposes.

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2(c)) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2(f)).

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, with our hosting and communication infrastructure providers, with legally authorised public institutions, and within the scope of our legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, and to claim compensation for damages. You can submit your requests through the channels on our contact page.
