We Delivered Our 2+1 Aden Villa in Çanakkale!

Aden Villa, in the Çeşmealtı Denizatı area of Biga, Çanakkale, has been completed and handed over to its owners. The 140 m² 2+1 villa was built with a light steel structural system. In a design defined by expansive glazing, a veranda and a terrace, unity between indoor and outdoor space was kept at the forefront.

Layout and Living Spaces

Aden Villa has two bedrooms, a large living room designed together with an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. The 140 m² living area was arranged to create a spacious and balanced layout within the 2+1 plan. The large veranda and terrace bring the living areas together with the garden.

The wide glazing facing the garden is one of the elements that define the project's architectural character. The living room opening directly onto the veranda creates an uninterrupted link between the interior and the garden, while the expansive glazing lets natural light reach the living areas.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Aden Villa. Preparing the building components in a controlled factory environment and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and efficient manner. The low weight of the light steel system also helped reduce the load on the foundation.
