We Delivered Our 2+1 Nature House in Çanakkale!

Nature House in Akyaprak Village, in Çanakkale's Biga district, has been completed and handed over. The 90 m² 2+1 home was built as a single-storey building with a prefab system. Its stone-clad façade and large veranda were among the main elements defining the project's exterior and outdoor use.

Layout and Living Spaces

Nature House has two bedrooms, a living room designed together with an open kitchen, and one bathroom. All living areas were brought together within the 90 m² single-storey plan.

The large veranda running along the front of the house connects the living room and living areas with the outdoors. With the single-storey plan and the open-kitchen living room, a simple and unified interior layout was created.

Stone cladding is one of the standout details of Nature House's façade design. Used together with the building's understated architectural line, the stone surfaces give the façade a natural appearance and complete the project's overall design.

Prefab Structural System

A prefab structural system was chosen for Nature House. The building components were prepared in a controlled factory environment and assembled on site. From the structural system to the façade details, the project was carried out according to the 90 m² single-storey plan.
