We Delivered Our 3+1 Grove Villa in Kırklareli!

Grove Villa in Küçükyayla village, in Kırklareli's Vize district, has been completed and handed over. Set on a plot surrounded by trees, the 140 m² 3+1 villa was built with a light steel structural system. In a project with a veranda, a terrace and a balcony, the living areas were planned in connection with the outdoors.

Layout and Living Spaces

Grove Villa has three bedrooms, a living room designed together with an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. Within the 140 m² living area, three distinct outdoor spaces, a veranda, a terrace and a balcony, were included alongside the interiors.

These outdoor spaces give the building a direct connection to the surrounding woodland. The veranda opens the ground-floor living areas to the outdoors, while the terrace and balcony complete outdoor use in other parts of the house.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Grove Villa. Preparing the building components in a controlled factory environment and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and efficient manner. The low weight of the light steel system also helped reduce the load on the foundation.
