We Delivered Our 3+1 Liva Villa in İzmir!

The Liva Villa project in Sığacık, in İzmir's Seferihisar district, has been completed and handed over to its owners. The 120 m² home was built with a light steel structural system and a 3+1 layout. Open, spacious living areas that merge with the garden and pool were placed at the heart of the architectural design.

Layout and Living Spaces

Liva Villa has three bedrooms and a living room. The living room and open kitchen were arranged within the same living space, creating a spacious and unified use. The house also has two bathrooms, along with a large veranda and a terrace.

Expansive glazing is one of the key design elements strengthening the relationship between the interior and the garden. The frames on the living room and kitchen façade open the living space to the garden, while direct access to the pool area is provided via the veranda. In this way, indoor and outdoor spaces become parts of one connected way of living.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Liva Villa. Preparing the structural components under controlled factory conditions and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and predictable manner. The lightweight system reduced the total weight of the building and helped keep the load on the foundation limited.

With the coastal climate in mind, thermal insulation was resolved within the wall layers, with the aim of maintaining indoor comfort throughout the year.
