We Delivered Our 3+1 Panorama Villa in Kırklareli!

Panorama Villa, in Kızılağaç in Kırklareli's Vize district, has been completed and handed over to its owners. The 140 m² 3+1 villa was built with a light steel structural system. In a project with three distinct outdoor spaces, a veranda, a terrace and a balcony, a strong connection between the interiors and the outdoors became one of the design's defining elements.

Layout and Living Spaces

Panorama Villa has three bedrooms, a living room designed together with an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. The 140 m² living area was arranged to distribute the living spaces in a balanced way within the 3+1 layout.

The project's outdoor spaces were positioned in different parts of the house. The ground-floor veranda carries the interior outdoors, while the terrace and balcony complete the building's outdoor use. In this way, direct access to the outdoors is provided from different parts of the house.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Panorama Villa. Preparing the building components in a controlled factory environment and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and efficient manner. The low weight of the light steel system also helped reduce the load on the foundation.

With the Thracian climate in mind, particular attention was paid to the thermal insulation in the wall layers.
