We Delivered Our 4+1 Modern Concept Villa in Tekirdağ!

Modern Concept Villa in Şahpaz Village, in Tekirdağ's Çorlu district, has been completed and handed over. The 150 m² 4+1 villa was built with a light steel structural system. A functional plan was adopted for the project, which includes a pantry, a storage room and four bathrooms for different needs alongside the open-kitchen living area.

Layout and Living Spaces

Modern Concept Villa has four bedrooms and a living room designed together with an open kitchen. The house has four bathrooms in total: two en-suite bathrooms and two shared bathrooms.

Auxiliary spaces were also included in the plan. The pantry connected directly to the kitchen forms a separate area supporting kitchen use, while the storage room with external access was positioned independently of the living areas. In this way, the project's different functional areas were handled together within the 150 m² plan.

The inclusion of the pantry, storage room and four bathrooms in the plan was considered together with how the living areas are used. By bringing these sections into the project at the design stage, all areas were arranged as part of the building's overall plan.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Modern Concept Villa. Preparing the building components in a controlled factory environment and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and efficient manner. The low weight of the light steel system also helped reduce the load on the foundation.
