We Delivered Our 4+1 Valley Villa in Çanakkale!

Valley Villa, in the Aziziye area of Biga, Çanakkale, has been completed and handed over to its owners. The 150 m² 4+1 villa was built with a light steel structural system. Indoor and outdoor spaces were handled together in a project that includes a garage as well as a veranda, a terrace and a balcony.

Layout and Living Spaces

Valley Villa has four bedrooms, a living room designed together with an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. Within the 150 m² living area, outdoor spaces were included at different points alongside the home's core living areas.

The veranda, terrace and balcony support the home's outdoor use in different parts of the house, while the attached garage was also included in the project's overall plan. In this way, enclosed and open spaces were brought together within the same architectural scheme.

Including the garage in the planning from the start of the project allowed this space to be handled together with the main building. Positioned within the building's overall architecture, the garage was designed as part of Valley Villa's plan and façade arrangement.

Light Steel Structural System

A galvanised light steel structural system was chosen for Valley Villa. Preparing the building components in a controlled factory environment and assembling them on site allowed the construction process to proceed in a planned and efficient manner. The low weight of the light steel system also helped reduce the load on the foundation.
