We Delivered Our 6+2 Twin Villa on Saros Bay!

The Saros Prestige project, on the shore of Saros Bay in Gelibolu, has been completed and handed over to its owners. With a total living area of 270 m², the building was designed specifically around a twin villa concept and built with a reinforced concrete system. With its spacious living areas, balconies and terraces opening to the view, and comfort-focused equipment, the project became one of Sungur Yapı's most comprehensive turnkey works.

Layout and Living Spaces

The 6+2 layout of Saros Prestige brings two independent living arrangements together within the same building. In addition to six rooms and two living rooms, a separate kitchen was planned for each half, and a total of four bathrooms were included. In this way, both halves of the twin villa were arranged to have their own living arrangement.

The relationship between the interiors and Saros Bay is also an important part of the design. Spacious balconies and terraces carry the living areas outdoors while allowing the view to be experienced from different points of the house at different times of day.

Comfort and Equipment

Details to enhance daily living comfort were planned as early as the design stage. AC infrastructure was provided in all rooms, and electric shutter systems were chosen for the windows. The EV charging station integrated into the parking area is another of the building's features suited to current needs.

Including these elements in the architectural and technical planning at the start of the project allowed design and functionality to advance together throughout construction. The result is a living space that is coherent as a whole and ready for use, rather than one shaped by later additions.

A reinforced concrete structural system was chosen for Saros Prestige in line with the project's scale and architectural design. The entire process, from architectural design to construction and equipment details, was carried out with a turnkey approach.
